Norwest is part of the country’s biggest public transport project, with the Sydney Metro Northwest rail project already underway. Due to be completed by 2019, the new Norwest railway station will be one of 8 new stations connecting the key locals parts of the area including Kellyville,. Castle Hill, Rouse Hill all the way through to Epping. Epping will connect travellers to Macquarie University, North Ryde and Chatswood opening up fast, safe and reliable connection to major education, retail and employment precincts never before been available to the North West by rail.
The new service will depart every 4 minutes in peak hour and outside of peak 15 trains an hour will service the station – gone are the days of needing to check a timetable. This project is active and ahead of schedule which is exciting for the future of Norwest as a vibrant destination to live, work and be entertained.
