Demolition to begin to
make way for Esplanade

In a significant milestone for Esplanade’s future residents, development manager Capital Bluestone has announced demolition works will begin on site in late-October.

Current tenant Sydney Ice Arena will vacate the premises, allowing Capital Bluestone to commence demolition on 24 October 2017 which is expected to take three months.

“Hundreds of people have put their faith in what we’re committed to creating at Esplanade – an all-in-one development that makes daily life more enjoyable,” Capital Bluestone Executive Chairman Steve Grant said.

“From exclusive amenities like the outdoor cinema, putting green, pool and spa to the casual and fine dining options on your doorstep, Esplanade is designed to enhance the way people live in The Hills by embracing the low-maintenance lifestyle that comes with apartment living.

“This announcement of demolition works on site to allow Esplanade to start to take shape is a significant step for our future residents and for the evolution of Norwest.”

Esplanade is the first integrated development of its kind in Norwest, with a diverse mix of apartments, a host of resident-only features, three levels of boutique workspaces, waterfront dining and retail areas set on a revitalised public boardwalk.

Mr Grant said the Sydney Ice Arena had been a much-loved attraction in The Hills for 14 years and he encouraged locals to put on their skates and give the arena the farewell it deserved.
